hi, this is jon on behalf of expert village.in this video clip, i will be talking about planing operation. first you need to makesure that your workpiece is secure in a vice or with clamps or some other appropriate method.next we are going to rest the front of our tool on our workpiece and we are going tomake sure that our blade is not touching our workpiece. after that we are going to squeezethe trigger and wait till the planer reaches full speed. as we go when we start, we aregoing to apply pressure at the beginning. the middle we are going to have even pressurewith both hands and at the end, we are just going to apply pressure at the back of theplaner. this is going to give you a more even cut with a better finish.
