hello viewers,in this video you will see the assembly of 3000 by 2000 mm highlly advanced waterjet cutting machine. the machine is in an unassembled position at the moment. to beginwith, folk lift is required to hold the head assembly with the help of solid ropes. one person will unscrew and detach the temporarily connected beams. one pallet jack alongwith four men are required to move away one leg of the machine. the folk lift will lift the head assembly in the air now. by removing the holding beams, we now have sufficient space to connect two legs. eventually, one person will revolve, position and fix the head assembly in its desired position. to facilitate the next step, we need to move back the head axis manually.
the stage is set now, to place the stainless steel tank in its designated position. meanwhile, front covers and cutting grids are placed in specified positions. by connecting all the sub-systems in their position, waterjet is ready to cut any metal in 2d shape. its applications are mostly in steel,marble and stone industry. the machine runs with the help of highly advanced cnc software specially designed by well known italian software house "taglio". however other sub systems are softner, water tank, compressor. and very importantly austrian made bhdt intensifier, which generates 55,000 psi ultra high pressure in no time. this pressurised water races from the connecting tube and exits from 1mm diameter nozzle orifice. this water reinforced with abrasives is strong enough to cut metal upto 180 mm thick in any 2d shape.
